A wide assortment of offerings, including whole lobster, Romanoff caviar, Lynhaven Oysters Rockefeller, etc., with nothing exceeding $4.50. There appear to be a number of variants of the 1948 menu, likely a function of them being printed daily. This example bears an etched illustration on the front wrapper dated 1939 and labeled Washington Square New York City, with initials EPM, and printed illustrator signature below (E.P. Marquis?).
