The first sort, entitled 'The Maniac's Curse - A Legend of Wyoming' is an early appearance of the name Wyoming, which would not officially become a separately named territory until fourteen years later (the name was originally made famous by the poem 'Gertrude of Wyoming', written in 1809 by Thomas Campbell).
