143 pp. Simmons' new book features many of the types of eye-catching pictures found in any authoritative photo album of local interest, such as images of landmarks, skylines, and neighborhoods. But "I Love Rochester New York" goes beyond the standard fare of typical picture books by including photo essays on an eclectic variety of subjects all Rochesterians will relate to, including shots of the 1991 ice storm, panoramas of downtown 4th of July fireworks displays, images of regional flora and fauna, and a few surprising pictures of things uniquely Rochester (think Wegmans and House of Guitars).
