Nixon's Proclamation 4167 of October 14, 1972 formally recognized the nation's newspaper delivery boys and girls. These documents and photographs were produced in conjunction with what appears to have been an event at the White House to recognize specific paper carriers. Acquired directly from the William McMahon who appears as signatory on both photos.
