242 pp. Illustrated by H.S. Barbour. Tells how the Honeymooners found a yacht for the cruise to the Far East--in this case it would be going west from California. They have said goodbye to the Tainters, and to Mal, Bobo and Red, and are off for Hawaii. It was rather dull on the yacht, without other admirers than Jenks and Allen, the two Mates, and the Captain and Dalky. But they cheer up quickly, upon reaching the hotel in Honolulu, where Dalky meets an old friend who, with his wife and two grown sons, are going to Japan and China to study the production of tea and silk. Of course Dalky insists upon the family becoming one of the Yacht Family and thus the girls, Polly, Nolla and Dodo find ample opportunity to keep in training for their own beaux, when they meet once more. The hazards they take in Hawaii, and then in Japan and China, make an alluring tale.
