Five paperback books, including color photographs of proposed interior designs, floor plans, and a detailed prospectus, in a cloth slipcase. A promotional kit for the ill-fated Chicago Spire skyscraper project. If construction had proceeded it would have been the tallest building in the western hemisphere at the time. It was designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, whose portfolio includes quite a few prominent museums, airport terminals, and bridges. The 2008 financial crisis and a number of other culminating factors halted the project, and no progress has been made since then.
