The Pennsylvania Fluted Point Survey

x, 311 pp. Over 1600 photographs, many in color, and over 100 illustrations. All but a very few of the 866 recorded fluted points are illustrated in some fashion. Also provided is the most recent information available on the Clovis culture, its origins and spread, alternate and co-existing cultures, implications for Pennsylvania and the Northeast are all explored, as are the common tool forms of the period.
