Foreword by Glen Dawson of Dawson's Book Shop in Los Angeles. Appears to be the first significant work on the topic since the publication of Doris Welsh's authoritative work in the 1980s. The author is an avid collector of miniature books who has arranged several exhibits at Clark University on the topic.
