65 pp. "The small booklet contains 85 simple recipes, along with a variety of cooking tips. The booklet starts with a brief introduction by author Alfonso Pain, and is followed by 16 of this personal Mexican cooking tips. One of the more interesting recipes is for a dish that the author simply titled "Dessert." It calls for milk, marshmallows, lime jello, whip cream, crushed pineapple, nuts and cream cheese. What makes this an interesting find is that Kraft's "Watergate Salad" (pistachio jello salad) recipe wasn't released until 1975, and the recipe is almost identical save for the flavor of jello used."
